RELEASAT™
A biological indicator system for use in monitoring the efficacy of ETHYLENE
OXIDE gas sterilization cycles. Releasat Biological Indicator
Culturing Sets consist of strips containing spores of B. atrophaeus (B.
subtilis var. niger) (ATCC#9372), and culture tubes (16
x 100 mm) containing 3.8± 0.2 ml of sterile proprietary culture
media. The RELEASAT™ medium is specially formulated for rapid
outgrowth of B. atrophaeus spores that may have survived
the ethylene oxide gas process. RELEASAT™ provides easy visual
confirmation of sterilization within 72 hours (36°C
- 38°C incubator required). Performance
of the biological indicator has been determined for the combination
of
culture
medium
and spore strips; therefore, the components must be used as a set.
The strips used in the culture sets meet the current USP, ISO 11138
requirements, and the FDA CDRH guidelines for reduced incubation
time (RIT). |

EZTest ®
A self-contained biological indicator for monitoring STEAM or ETHYLENE OXIDE sterilization. EZTest contains bacterial spores on a filter-paper carrier
packaged within a small, thermoplastic culture tube. Inside
the thermoplastic culture tube is a sealed glass ampoule
of specially formulated soybean casein digest culture medium
containing a color indicator which turns a dramatic yellow
when spores grow. EZTest is easy to use and produces visual
results within 48 hours without laboratory transfers (incubators
required). To
activate the indicator after the sterilization process,
the ampoule is crushed, mixing the media with the spore
strip. |

General
 These terms and conditions shall apply to all orders for Sterilization Monitoring
Products ("Goods"). These terms and conditions shall be deemed automatically
incorporated by reference into each quote and order. Orders shall only be effective
if they are confirmed in writing by Ethox STS or by Ethox STS' actual delivery of Goods.
If any of the terms and conditions set forth herein are different from or additional
to any terms set out in client's order, Ethox STS' acceptance of client's order is
expressly made conditional on client's assent to Ethox STS' different or additional
terms and conditions.
Quality Guarantee
Our biological Indicators are sold with a 100% quality guarantee. If upon receipt you have any concern with regard to the quality of these products, please contact us with your concern.
Minimum Order Requirement
There is no minimum order requirement.
Warranties
THE
GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation
of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethox STS shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental,
punitive or special damages, including
without limitation lost profits, resulting from or arising out of the use
of the Goods,
whether based in tort, contract or otherwise and regardless of whether Ethox STS
has advance notice of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding the
foregoing,
in no event shall Ethox STS' liability exceed the price of the Goods sold.
Shipping
Information
- Spore strips, suspensions, discs, and culture media shipped F.O.B.:
Rush, NY.
- Ampoules,
culture sets, and self-contained products shipped F.O.B.
Bozeman, MT or F.O.B. Rush, NY.
- Freight
damage claims should be made directly with the carrier.
Return
Policy
Our goal is customer satisfaction. In the event that you should want to
return your Biological Indicators, contact your Ethox STS customer service representative
and he/she may authorize the return of your product. All authorized returns
will be made for credit. All returns must be in saleable condition, be
made
within
90 days of date of shipment, and have at least 9 months shelf life remaining.
Ethox STS is not able to accept returns on custom ordered Biological Indicators.
Within
30 Days
Returns for credit made within 30 days from the date of shipment of the
Biological Indicators may incur a restocking fee (depending on the product).
After
30 Days
A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns made after 30
days from the date of shipment.
Payment
Terms
Our standard payment terms are net 30. Terms are subject to credit
approval, and Ethox STS reserves the right to revise customer credit
terms at any time.
All balances which are due and owing by the client to Ethox STS and
are not paid in
full within
30 days of invoice shall accrue interest at a rate of 8% per
annum until payment in full is received. Initial orders require prepayment
by credit
card or wire
transfer. All international customers must prepay 50% of quoted
charges prior to shipment, once terms have been established.
Payment Methods
The client may make payment on their account by check, wire transfer, or MC/Visa. If you have any questions regarding credit applications or routing information for wires, please feel free to contact the Ethox STS/MMC accounting department at (585) 533-1672 ext 424 or 425.
International
Orders
All invoices are payable in US dollars. If payment is made
by check, such check must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Wire transfers
are the preferred

of payment
for international orders. All international customers must
prepay
50% of quoted charges prior to shipment, once terms have been
established.
